“Client focused” is the best way to describe RE/MAX Heritage. Whenever a decision needs to be made we ask first if the client will be well served. It starts with professionalism. We are over 12 individuals sharing “best practices” to ensure that we are up to date on the latest technology, emerging issues and market knowledge. It is that collaboration that makes us effective and a bit unique.
We don’t believe Real Estate Brokerage is a part time job. It is a career choice and we make ourselves available sharing our experiences and expertise to best serve our clients. We work closely with other real estate agents/companies and enjoy and excellent reputation among our peers. They have come to expect that a transaction with RE/MAX Heritage will be handled professionally and seamlessly. It is understood that we represent our clients and that means we will be fair and straightforward in that process.
Whether working with a buyer or seller we have the tools the client needs to have a successful outcome. We take the time to understand client goals and opportunities and put those goals into process in a thorough, thoughtful and respectful way. It all comes down to helping the client make informed decisions every step of the way. Honesty and integrity – we stand committed to those ideals and live by them.
